Life isn't always easy, sometimes we experience problems that can cause us to feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.
I am an accredited, qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with many years of experience. Working with clients with a wide range of difficulties, I treat everyone as the unique people they truly are, understanding that how we react and make sense of everything is completely individual.
Believing in providing the best help that I can, I have achieved accreditations and qualifications that enable me to better assist my clients with their counselling. I am an accredited member of APCP, and I have the following qualifications:

Having a background in fitness is a huge benefit for this. It gives me unique insight into human behaviour and motivation and allows me to understand how stress and anxiety can impact a person’s physical health, not just their inner mental health.
