Testing and Repair of Fuel injection equipment
We specialise in the diagnosis, repair and re-manufacturing of all types of fuel injection equipment (including Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne, Zexel, Yanmar, Diesel Kiki and more). This includes technologically advanced state-of-the-art electronic diesel control (EDC) systems for both cars and commercial vehicles. We were the first company in the UK and Ireland to offer to our customers Bosch VP44, VP30/29 and Commonrail pump testing and repair. In 2016 we had been given full manufacturer authorisation to offer testing and repairs to Bosch CP4 pumps.
Diesel Engineering Services offer a complete manufacturer authorised test and repair service to most makes of diesel pumps, such as Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne, VDO (Siemens / Continental), Yanmar and earlier makes such as Bryce, Gardner, Lucas, CAV, Minimec, Motorpal etc. These brands cover a broad spectrum of diesel injection systems from passenger car, light commercial, to heavy commercial, agricultural and other off highway vehicles.

Our fully trained staff operate a total of seven test benches specially equipped to test diesel injection pumps to manufacturers standards and specifications. Our partnership with Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne and VDO means that we have access to the highest quality replacement components available for your repair.

Diesel Engineering Services Ltd. offer a complete authorised repair of Bosch and Delphi common rail. This includes the flushing and replacement of faulty components with manufacturer parts for a complete authorised repair at a competitive price.

The measurement of horsepower alone, is not indicative of engine performance, as peak power is not reached until the engine is at full revs. The most telling performance is the torque output and its graph shape over the rev range. The MAHA plots, not only power output graphs, but also torque and boost graphs and driveline loss graphs on the same page so that you get a complete picture of an engines ability – on one graph. This allows us to pinpoint any deficiencies in an engines performance using one test only.
