Creative and Holistic Therapy - I offer a holistic and creative, and trauma informed approach to therapy that goes beyond labels and diagnoses. I believe that you are more than a set of symptoms to be managed and I am mindful of what are normal responses to trauma, not disorders, that healing requires working with the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Through art therapy, talk therapies, star magic healing and nature-based healing, I help clients gently bypass the conscious mind, reconnect with themselves, and embody life in a more grounded way.
