State of Mind Psychotherapy, Counselling & Education is a professional, client-centred mental health and education service dedicated to supporting emotional wellbeing and lifelong learning. We provide compassionate and confidential psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Our therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique story, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
In addition to our clinical work, we are a proud accredited provider of continuing professional development (CPD) training, recognised by the CPD Standards Office and the Professional Development Consortium. We are honoured to hold the title of “Provider of Training Excellence”, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-informed education for mental health professionals.All our CPD courses are delivered live and online, making them accessible to learners across Ireland and beyond.
